This model is a hardware designed for use in various connecting points during basket net fishing or even for other onboard rigging operations. It eliminates the troublesome operation of opening and closing the gate, and achieves high work efficiency even on rough seas. Just like ASANO standard Snap Hook, Snap Hook Type C also has an interlock structure for greater strength. The main body is made of special stainless steel that is widely used for industrial components such as seawater pumps due to its improved abrasion and corrosion resistance.

The gate is basically in a closed position, and you can open it by pushing it down even with one hand, and it will return to its original position when you release it. A groove is provided in the grip part of the gate to prevent the hand from slipping during operation.

If the performance of the spring deteriorates due to certain factors such as aging, it can be replaced with a new one by removing the socket head screw using a hexagon wrench.
