AK Hook Type G
AK Hook Type G is developed to connect gill nets, and unique functions have been added taking product usage into consideration. A 23 mm wide opening has been created in the gate section. Inserting or pulling out ropes or metal fittings is a smooth process. The pin in the hinge section has a large diameter of φ4.5 mm, which helps create a working load limit of 400 kg. This is manufactured from a special stainless steel material that has superior abrasion and corrosion resistance characteristics, which are ideal for use at sea.

Feature01Safe interlock design
An interlock system in which the main body is securely engaged with the gate has been introduced to create a high working load limit. Sharp edges have been removed considering that the product comes in contact with fishing nets.

Feature02Robust casted design
Unlike wire materials, the body thickness of casted products does not have to be uniform, and sections to which a larger load is applied have been made thicker to optimize product capacity. The product is designed by taking advantage of casting that allows free designing.

Feature03Round shape of the main body
The edge inside the main body is round and easy on ropes. Roundness also prevents the hook from standing up on the reel and helps facilitate easy storage of a net when it is wound up.
