Purse Ring Type O allows large rope knots and large diameter ropes to pass through easily. The roller edge part covers the body to prevent the body and purse line from rubbing against each other. Moreover, the roofed body prevents nets and ropes from getting caught. The working load limit is 3 tons. SCM roller model for metal wire ropes is also available.
■Material: Special stainless steel, Roller shaft/set screw : SUS304, Bush: copper alloy
*Textile ropes are recommended for use due to the material of the rollers (special stainless steel). If metal wire ropes are used, the roller may be scratched depending on the operating conditions such as the load.

Replaceable roller
A worn roller can be replaced by using a hexagon wrench. Enabling easy replacement of parts reflects ASANO’s policy to have our customers use our products for a long period of time. To replace the roller, ① Remove the hexagonal socket head set screw and then remove the roller shaft. ② The edge of the roller shaft is tightly fixed through crimping.
